A spotlight on Seven Seas Grandeur’s impressive array of dining options
Published on 11 Feb 2026
When Regent Seven Seas Cruises introduced Seven Seas Grandeur in 2023, she instantly became known for her unforgettable dining experiences. Building on the cruise line’s reputation for exceptional cuisine, Seven Seas Grandeur offers a delicious range of dining options. Let’s take a look at them in more detail:
“Seven Seas Grandeur’s largest speciality restaurant on a ship full of spectacular dining options.”
As Seven Seas Grandeur’s main dining option, Compass Rose on Deck 4 is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. Design your very own entrée from preferred sides, sauces, pastas and main features of beef, poultry and fish, or choose something from the menu featuring all-time dishes like traditional shrimp cocktail and black Angus beef carpaccio.
“I had the most delicious five-course meal in Compass Rose when I was lucky enough to step aboard Seven Seas Grandeur for the day. Not only was the food lovely, but the atmosphere and the setting were too! I can see why it’s such a popular option for Regent Seven Seas Cruises guests.” - Olivia Powling, ROL Cruise
“Prepare to be delighted by a perfect balance of delicious flavours and zen-like ambience.”
Amid the dimly lit architectural details, lotus-shaped windows and famous blossom tree, you’ll find Pacific Rim, Seven Seas Grandeur’s pan-Asian restaurant. Open for dinner only, you can enjoy Japanese, Chinese, Thai, Korean, and Vietnamese flavours with dishes such as sushi platters, crispy soft-shell crab tempura, and chicken-and-foie-gras gyozas, to name a few.
“Enjoy classic French fare with a modern twist.”
Chartreuse is a chic, French restaurant that could be mistaken for a fine-dining establishment on a Champs-Élysées side street. Open only for lunch and dinner, Chartreuse's menu always features a range of hors d’oeuvres, soups, meat dishes (seared barbary duck breast), fish dishes, and vegetarian dishes.
“Elevated classic American fare.”
Prime 7 is Seven Seas Grandeur’s American-inspired restaurant. Open for lunch and dinner, you can expect to see perfectly aged New York strip, porterhouse and succulent filet mignon, as well as smoked salmon with a phenomenal tamarind whiskey sauce on the menu. If that doesn’t intrigue you, then the appetisers, seafood and fish specialities, soups and small plates will.
“Settle into cosy, over-water alcoves for classic Italian specialities made with care.”
La Veranda is Seven Seas Grandeur’s buffet restaurant. During the day, made-to-order omelettes and tasty lunch buffets are served under the quiet alcoves. At night, La Veranda transforms into Sette Mari at La Veranda, an Italian restaurant that pairs antipasti buffet selections with traditional menu options such as spaghetti, lasagne, and risotto.
“Experience al fresco dining with views of the world’s best-loved landscapes.”
Perfectly positioned on Deck 11, just a few steps away from the pool, the Pool Grill offers al fresco dining with views of the world’s best-loved landscapes. Enjoy tempting dishes such as handcrafted pizzas, regional barbecues, and old-fashioned desserts, while relaxing in the sun and dipping in and out of the pool.
