Excellent service

18 Oct 2018

Yes I would recommend ROL cruise for their excellent service not only on our original booking but with our transfer of 2020 cruise to 2019.

Well worth the telephone call.

18 Oct 2018

The cruise we inquired about was booked with no problems, all our queries were solved. Having dealt with Readers Offers in the past I knew I would get satisfaction.

Great service

Phoned to book and the staff were very helpful. I opted to receive all the holiday information by post and it arrived within a couple of days. Would definitely book with them again.

18 Oct 2018

As always very pleasant efficient service

17 Oct 2018

Spoke to Auden who quickly and efficiently dealt with my booking suggesting the better cabin. Paperwork came by email straight away.

excellent experience

17 Oct 2018

John was more than thoughtful. He explained everything to me so carefully, wanting me to understand everything thoroughly, which I do, even though the cruise I booked is just under 2 years away! The information I received as a result by e-mail confirms everything so clearly including about visas. It is our first time with P & O and we also had a welcoming e-mail from them which we haven't experienced before. We are going with a different cruise line in January and they were most unhelpful when it came to questions I needed to know about the destinations and visas. What a refreshing difference. It's all down to training, I believe, and ROL employees at whatever level, have always been helpful whenever we have booked with them in the past.

Great

17 Oct 2018

Nice polite helpful "English" speaking Staff. Qick and easy to book. Would Use again.

All I needed to know

17 Oct 2018

Very pleasant sales person. Very knowledgeable about the product and the back up paperwork was promptly sent.

The Ship

Boudicca was the heroic warrior queen of the British Iceni tribe. And we like to think our truly British, world class cruise ship lives up to the name. Up to 800 people can enjoy a cruise on board Boudicca – not the thousands to be found on most ships these days – so there’s plenty of space for everyone. And our cruise ship is small enough to reach shores many rival cruise ships cannot. Inside, indulge yourself at the Tintagel and Four Seasons Restaurants. Lounge around on the Lounge Deck, or in one of our two Jacuzzis. Or splash around in one of our three pools. And when the sun’s shining, our tasty poolside buffet will hit the spot. There’ll be days and nights to remember on board Boudicca.
