First of all, please read all Booking Conditions which have been sent to you with your confirmation documents as these detail the options that may be available to you. It may be possible to transfer your holiday to an alternative date or make a name change for an additional administrative fee so please call us on 0800 121 6194 to discuss this in detail. 

If you are elidable to transfer your cruise to an alternative date/voyage, please complete our rebooking request form with the details of the cruise you would like to transfer to. 

 

Frequently Asked What should I do if I need to cancel my cruise?

We will be very sorry to learn that it is necessary for you to cancel and this should be done in writing from the lead passenger to ROL Cruise, Lexden House, London Road, Lexden, Colchester, Essex, CO3 4DB, or by e-mail to cancellations@ROLCruise.co.uk.

If you must cancel for a medical reason you may be able to claim monies from your travel insurance provider, but it is important that you read your travel insurance policy details to ensure that you are fully aware of the cover provided. If you need to cancel for any other reason, please contact your travel insurers for their professional advice.
