Cancellations

Rather than forfeiting my deposit, can I transfer my cruise to a different date or make a name change?

Please read the Booking Conditions which you would have received with your confirmation documents, as these detail the options available to you. It may be possible to transfer your cruise to an alternative date or make a name change for an additional administrative fee, so please call us on 0800 121 6194 to discuss this in detail.

If you’re eligible to transfer your cruise to an alternative date or voyage, please complete our rebooking request form with the details of the cruise you’d like to transfer to.

What should I do if I need to cancel my cruise?

To cancel a cruise, the lead passenger will need to confirm this in writing. You can do so by writing to us at:

If you need to cancel for a medical reason, you may be able to claim monies from your travel insurance provider. It is important that you read your travel insurance policy details to ensure that you’re fully aware of the cover provided.

If you need to cancel for any other reason, please contact your travel insurers for their professional advice.

My cruise was cancelled. How do I transfer to a different date?

If your cruise was suspended by the cruise line, and you would like to transfer to an alternative sailing, please complete our rebooking request form with the details of the itinerary you would like to transfer to. Once we have received your request, a member of our transfer team will be in touch.
