My ROL Account

I can’t log into My ROL account. What do I do?

If you’re having trouble logging into or registering for My ROL, please email Register@ROLCruise.co.uk. A member of our team will be able to support you with accessing your online account.

My booking is not showing in My ROL account. What do I do?

It can take up to 14 days for our Quality Assurance Team to process your booking and for your cruise to show in your My ROL account.

I have created a My ROL account but my booking isn’t showing. What do I do?

If you have only just registered for a My ROL account you will need to match the details provided at the time of booking. We kindly ask that you use your name as per your passport.

Furthermore, it can take up to 14 working days for our Quality Assurance Team to process your booking and for your cruise to show in your My ROL account.

Help! I can’t sign into My ROL account. What do I do?

Please make sure you already have a My ROL account. To do this, enter your email address here. If you already have an account, you will receive the following message, “An account with this e-mail already exists.”

Please note: Completing a booking with us does not automatically register you for an account. To create a My ROL account, please do so by registering for our free-to-join loyalty programme, Cruise Miles®.

What is the login for My ROL account?

Your login for My ROL will be the email address you used to register for an account.

If you have not registered for an account, you can do so here. Please ensure your details match the details given at the time of booking.

My passenger information is not saving to My ROL account. What do I do?

It may take a few moments for your passenger information to show in your My ROL account. To see the changes, you may need to refresh your browser. If you’re on a computer, you can do this by pressing F5. If you’re using a mobile device, you can do this by clicking the three dots and tapping reload.

Please note: You cannot update this information in your My ROL account if you’re travelling in the next 14 days. If you’re travelling within 14 days, please call our Administration Team on 0800 121 6195.
