I have submitted my online claim with ABTA and it now advises me ROL need to complete?
Once you have submitted your refund claim, you will receive an automated response from ABTA stating that they require further details from us as your travel agent. Please rest assured we have already provided ABTA all the information they need in advance to ensure your refund is processed as quickly as possible, therefore we do politely ask that you refrain from calling our Customer Service Team to request this.
